Invariant Systems Structural diagnostics for adaptive systems
Diagnostic-only • Behavioural evidence • Bounded engagements

Invariant Systems

Invariant Systems is a structural diagnostic practice for adaptive systems. We classify behavioural regimes, identify invalid assumptions, and define the limits of what can and cannot be safely inferred from behavioural evidence.

We do not optimise, tune, inspect model internals, or predict outcomes. We offer one bounded service: the Structural Stability & Drift Audit (SSDA).

What you get

  • Regime classification (stable / marginal / drifting / locked / outside valid learning regimes)
  • Invalid assumptions called out explicitly (stationarity, feedback, evaluation reliability)
  • Boundaries for safe reasoning: what cannot be inferred under current coupling
  • Low burden intake using behavioural evidence (no internals required)

If you are seeking optimisation, architecture advice, root-cause fixes, or internal audits, this is not the right fit.
